Targeted marketing plan
An integral advertising and communication plan has been developed to promote the festival to professionals and consumers alike. In order to maximize the attendance and secure a significant number of professionals as visitors, the organizing company will also send sms with code for free entrance as well as electronic invitations to exhibitors in order to send them to their database.
The amount of advertising budget exceeds 100,000 euros and is distributed as follows:
- €35,000 is the total amount that will be invested in radio spots which will be aired for 10 days at the 10 most popular radio stations in Attica.
- €17,500 will be invested in a complete and targeted digital campaign (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Email marketing). The campaign has been running since March and will last until early May, before the festival begins.
- A total of €12,000 will be spent until the festival launches in print ads at b2b and b2c magazines as well as free press of high circulation.
- A significant budget will be allocated to send 18,000 SMS with code for free entrance to industry professionals from Greece and Cyprus.
