Publicity and communication plan
An integral advertising and communication plan has been developed to promote the festival to professionals and consumers alike. The plan includes advertising to the top 10 radio stations, has a budget of 64,000 euros, while a very important part of the campaign will play on social networks.
Advertising expenditure exceeds € 100,000 and has been distributed as follows:
- €35,000 for promotional ads to the 10 top radio stations of Attika.
- €17,500 invested into an integral and targeted digital campaign.
- €12,000 will be spent on magazine and newspaper ads (free press and high circulation Sunday newspapers).
- A significant budget will be allocated for sending 18,000 free entrance SMS to the industry’s professionals in Greece and Cyprus.
