Combining information, education and entertainment, the parallel events of the 2nd Bio Festival gained the attention of the visitors and created an unforgettable experience for the attendees.
Bio Festival, aiming to offer professionals and consumers -who visited it- the opportunity to be informed about the latest developments in the industry, to find answer to questions they may have, to discover new products, to get advice from the sector’s experts, organized a rich and quite interesting program with seminars in Conference Hall D10 during the three days of the festival. During them, a series of presentations were made by specialized professionals. Distinguished nutritionists, academics, chefs, pastry chefs, market executives, informed the professionals who attended about the new trends and developments in the industry, but also answered key questions about the organic, natural, and vegan products. The benefits of honey in the diet, the secrets of vegan confectionery, the diagnosis and treatment of gluten sensitivity, the labeling of organic products, the trend of vegan traveling and many other issues were analyzed in detail.
Furthermore, from early in the morning until the closing of the festival the presenter of the festival gave the rhythm from the Main Stage, playing music and talking to the audience. Also, during the festival were being organized also at the Main Stage competitions where attendees were invited to answer questions and were rewarded with unique gifts-products provided by the exhibitors.
